The event “FinMon 2026. Trust as the New Currency of the Financial Market” opened Ukraine FinTech Week and brought together representatives from the public and banking sectors, as well as the fintech community. Participants discussed how the principles of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) are evolving.

Particular attention was given to the importance of Ukraine joining the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) for the industry, as well as how data exchange and cooperation through public-private partnerships are becoming key elements of trust.
