Financial Integrity Platform – Young Leaders Chapter

CFI’s efforts to engage with young leaders recognizes the role they have in Ukraine’s financial system.

The Financial Integrity Platform – Young Leaders Chapter (FIP–YLC) leverages the FIP network to engage with young leaders. FIP–YLC motivates Ukrainian young professionals to play an active role in efforts to fight illicit finance at the intersection of youth policy within their communities.

Our previous engagements

In 2024, CFI partnered with the Public Diplomacy Platform (PDP), to build a young leaders network interested in fighting financial crime.

During the summer of 2024, CFI convened several in-person meetings in Kyiv, Lviv, Chernihiv and Vinnytsia, as well as online events for the regions close to the frontline. The discussion focused on the role of youth in strengthening the integrity of the financial system. We also considered challenges and developments, such as virtual assets, in the financial system.

CFI continues to lead this network, promoting peer-led discussions and raising awareness of anti-money laundering issues among youth.

Key benefits

Participation in the FIP–YLC offers:

  • Access to the FIP Masterclass, providing training sessions and meetings with experts.
  • Peer-led forums to discuss the most pressing and emerging issues in illicit finance.
  • Networking opportunities with the established community of young leaders.
  • Opportunities for professional development, supporting the incoming generation in their fight against financial crime.
