Together with the Public Diplomacy Platform (PDP), an organization focusing on youth policy in Ukraine, CFI is finding out why young leaders want to tackle money laundering within their cities and communities.
On 6 June 2024, CFI partnered with PDP to convene its first event in Kyiv that brought together young leaders and professionals to engage in peer-led discussions and initiatives on anti-money laundering processes in Ukraine.
CFI has since convened similar events in Lviv (2 July 2024), Chernihiv (5 July) and Vinnytsia (13 July).
CFI is planning an Ideathon in Kyiv, a brainstorming competition for young professionals.
The Ideathon will be held on 12 October 2024. Participants will be given the task of proposing anti-money laundering solutions in response to realistic scenarios affecting Ukraine. The jury will choose two winners who will each receive a trip to London where they will meet RUSI experts and deepen their knowledge on fighting financial crime.
Please register your interest to take part in the Ideathon.
