On January 28, 2025, the CFI and the Academy of Financial Monitoring (Academy) signed a Memorandum of understanding on cooperation and collaboration, marking an important step towards enhancing the effectiveness of financial monitoring education in Ukraine and developing national expertise.

For more than 20 years, the Academy of Financial Monitoring has been a leading educational institution and examination center in the field of financial monitoring in Ukraine. It plays a key role in upgrading the qualifications and retraining specialists from both the public and private sectors, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to effectively combat financial crime. Every year, the Academy trains thousands of specialists who become part of the country’s robust financial monitoring system.
